Damaged or Defective Kits: If you receive a kit that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. We may request that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect before processing your refund or replacement. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Incorrect Orders: If we accidentally send you the wrong kit, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Unopened and Unused Kits: If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your kit, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. The kit must be unopened and unused, and in the original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping for unopened and unused kits.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned kit and verify that it meets our refund criteria, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for opened or used kits, as we are unable to guarantee the quality or safety of the materials once they have been opened.
